Alexandra graduated from Birmingham Conservatoire in 2012 with a BMus(Hons) in Vocal and Operatic Studies, having undertaken some of her training at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique in Lyon in 2011. She held a Choral Scholarship at St Martin-in-the-Fields in London in 2013-14 and she has been a chorister at St Chad’s Cathedral, Birmingham since 2008. Alexandra was chosen to take part in the second generation of Genesis Sixteen, The Sixteen’s choral training programme led by Harry Christophers in 2013 and now sings for a variety of choirs across the UK. Alexandra also enjoys working as a choral director and singing teacher at Birmingham Junior Conservatoire and teaches singing at King Edward VI Five Ways Grammar School.
When Alexandra is not standing in front of a choir or singing in one, she enjoys learning languages, travelling and eating!
